You will notice you will have more overall energy during the day, better focus, and be in a better mood. A morning workout increases alertness and is a better match for your body’s hormonal fluctuations. You have fewer distractions, and healthier food choices are made, as early workouts help set the tone for a healthier day. ![]() There are additional benefits to working out in the morning other than beating the heat.
